Our dentists bring experience, skill, and enthusiasm to every visit with your child. We design a fun, calm, and welcoming environment that helps children feel safe, relaxed, and confident. We proactively ease fears and guide children toward healthy oral habits that support lifelong dental health.
A child’s first dental visit may feel unfamiliar, but we turn it into a comfortable and positive experience. Our dentists move at your child’s pace, focus on comfort, and make every appointment gentle, pain-free, and enjoyable.
Your dentist takes time to explain the best and simplest ways to build healthy oral habits that support your child’s smile for life.
Our advice:
Bring your child for their first dental visit by age one. If your child is older, don’t worry—starting good oral care habits is always worthwhile.
Visit the dentist at least twice a year.
Follow your dentist’s guidance on preventive treatments such as fissure sealants and scale and polish.
Reduce sugar intake by limiting sugary snacks and drinks.
For children under two, brush their teeth with a toothbrush and water. Use fluoridated toothpaste only if your dentist recommends it.
For children aged two to six, use a pea-sized amount of 1000 ppm fluoridated toothpaste.
For children aged seven and older, use a pea-sized amount of 1450 ppm fluoridated toothpaste.
Parents should actively supervise brushing until the child turns seven.
We recommend bringing your child to the dentist by their first birthday. Early visits help your child feel comfortable in the dental environment from a young age and also encourage regular preventive and routine care before complex treatment becomes necessary.
However, if you start later, don’t worry—it’s never too late to take charge of your child’s oral health. No matter your child’s age, our team creates a calm, welcoming, and completely judgment-free environment that helps your child feel at ease from the very first visit.
In addition, for children’s braces, we advise scheduling the first orthodontic assessment between ages eight and nine. This early evaluation allows us to plan treatment effectively and guide healthy dental development.
If your child is suffering from a toothache, contact us as soon as possible so we can organise an
emergency appointment to get your child out of pain.
